For me, paradise is a bungalow on a secluded beach with lush greenery surrounding. Inhaling the island air, salt and sand in my blonde hair, the warm sun shining upon my face. I walk into the ocean. I float. I swim. I surf. I am like water.
Six Sense Meditation
In the moment, take note of your six senses.
What are you smelling?
What do you see?
What emotions are you feeling and what is your intuition telling you?
Full Body Meditation
Starting wherever you’d like, focus on each body part for about five to ten seconds, circling around until you have taken the time to feel each region.
I start with my left foot, then left calf, left thigh...and so on.
Focusing on each body part for just a short period of time halts racing thoughts, connects your mind to your body, and brings you to the here and now.
